Forgotten British Musicals
at the Theatre Museum
Following last year's success with A Girl Called Jo
and Follow That Girl, Just-The-Ticket Productions
and the Theatre Museum are presenting two more 'Forgotten British
Musicals.'
Zip Goes A Million -
the 1951 musical presented for the Eric Maschwitz centenary.
Book and lyrics by Eric Maschwitz and music by George Posford.
Vanity Fair - a revised
version of the 1962 musical. Book and lyrics by Robin Miller
and music by Julian Slade.
Once again the productions will be semi-staged with book-in-hand,
with full professional casts, directed and choreographed by Stewart
Nicholls and musically directed and accompanied by Rowland Lee.
It is hoped that original cast members will be interviewed
prior to the first performances. Anyone who was in the original
